Lumosa's product quality control starts from the selection of the API supplier to the appointed pharmaceutical factory, and all of them go to the pharmaceutical factory to conduct audits to confirm that the quality is intact; in addition, all the entrusted pharmaceutical factories must comply with the national or international PIC/S GMP and ICH International Pharmaceutical Regulatory Association. the entrusted manufacturer of pharmaceuticals must also be checked and approved by the local health authority.
Lumosa provides products that meet social expectations with strict and high standards, and assumes corporate social responsibility for the products.
Lumosa selects reputable domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies for authorization on the marketing side. The marketing and labeling are in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the drug certification authorities of various countries. For example, all ingredients of the product are indicated on the product copy list to assist patients and medical staff to determine if the ingredients cause allergies to the patients, thus maintaining the patients's medication safety.
Lumosa's main suppliers are domestic and foreign pharmaceutical R&D service companies and universities, which are industries that focus on the environment and society.
Before forming a collaboration, Lumosa would fully inform all suppliers to abide by the Lumosa's honesty policy, provide reasonable quotations, best quality and service, and both parties are committed to enhancing corporate social responsibility. When signing a contract with a major supplier, the content includes that the supplier should meet or exceed the minimum legal requirements when fulfilling the contractual obligations, and clearly stipulate the integrity behavior clauses that the manufacturer should comply with.
